I see you trying to be the best mom you can be. I see you comparing yourself to other moms and feeling inadequate. I see your silent tears that you have so quietly hidden from the world. I see how much you sacrifice. I see your doubt, frustration, your heartbreak, and even your loneliness.
I see you, and I’m here for you.
It’s ok to not be perfect. It’s ok to let the laundry pile up for a few days or the toys to lay scattered on the floor for what seems like forever. It’s ok to crack open a bottle of wine at night and maybe even finish it all at once. It’s ok to cry, to be frustrated, to ask, “why?” and it’s ok to ask for help.
Sweet mama, I see you & I’m here for you.
You’re not alone, mama. I see you.
