
Ingredients:
Sirloin Steak
Olive oil
Garlic butter
Rosemary
Thyme
Onion powder
Black pepper
Meat tenderizer
Cover steak with a dusting of meat tenderizer, then combine olive oil, garlic butter, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, onion powder. Add to thawed sirloin steak & allow to marinate for a few hours.
Wrap in foil in the air fryer at 375° for 12-18 mins or depending on thickness of the cut & desired level of tenderness.
Serve hot with your favorite sides! We like cheesy rice & I add in some broccoli florets, but you could also do potatoes, other rice variations, etc.
